China scholarship council-UVic postgraduate fellowship program
The China Scholarship Council (CSC) and the AV天堂 have agreed to support outstanding Chinese students to undertake PhD studies at UVic. The CSC and UVic intend to promote academic cooperation through student placements and research collaboration.
